I have always considered the Thrill line to be a step above many other entry level bowling balls on the market, and I see that trend continuing with these two new entries.
The new Top Thrill Solid is closer to a high-end reactive bowling ball at an incredibly low entry level price.
This is a great option for new bowlers looking for something they can start and grow with. Also, an excellent option for speed dominant bowlers looking for a house shot killer.

This is the first Motiv ball I have ever thrown. Talk about a beast. Super smooth down lane and a lot of pin action. Definitely going to enjoy this ball for a while.

I am still dumbfounded on the performance on this ball for the price I paid. Great benchmark piece for all levels of bowling, very versatile. For me, the solid fits a ball up from the pearl version of the Thrill or ball down from the Supra Rally.

The brand new Top Thrill Solid has set the new standard for entry level equipment. I have had the opportunity to throw this ball on multiple house shots and sport patterns and already this ball has surprised me more than I ever expected. The overall performance as far as hook potential and carry has been WAY more than I ever expected. The Turmoil™ XP2 Solid Reactive cover stock paired with the Halogen V2 core has given me a new opportunity for bowling on patterns with friction because it allows me to play straight or hook the ball and not see a reduction in carry. This ball is absolutely the new standard for “entry level” equipment.

The next level of THRILL is here with this entry level ball. I have never seen an entry level ball read the middle part of the lane so well and still retain enough energy downlane. This Top Thrill Solid reads the middle part of the lane just as good as your mid-range ball and still maintains its control and downlane motion into the pocket. If you need something earlier and still motion downlane for your leagues, this ball is for you!
