A solid version of Coercion™ MXC powers the impressive Forge™ Flare.  “It is so strong, that some high rev rate players are forced to use fiercely steep angles and sometimes throw it over the front of the lane to use it even on fresh”, said PBA® Tour Rep Brett Spangler.  “It just makes sense to merge this phenomenal shell with a higher RG core and less aggressive finish.”  And that is precisely the design focus behind the Trident Horizon.

Utilizing new Coercion™ MXC Hybrid Reactive cover technology, the Trident™ Horizon digs in the oil yet still manages to continue down lane to a degree that confounds many bowlers.  Tuned with a 4000 Grit LSS finish, it showcases more clearly the down lane motion potential of the Coercion™ MXC technology. 

To maximize continuation, the Trident™ Horizon utilizes the versatile asymmetric Sidewinder™ core.  Featuring a higher RG and lower intermediate differential, it clears the front of the lane much easier than the more powerful solid balls for heavier oil volumes and retains energy to provide ferocious continuation.

    Very good ball to throw!!

    This ball is very versatile! I am a medium rev bowler and am happy with this ball. I can choose a few different lines to use which allows for easy change as the lanes dry . Has a good hook and carry through. I throw 15 lb. Have seen no deflection. Good ball for any arsenal!

    Wonderful Choice, Very Very Happy

    Thank you Motiv, you have wonderful products! Not only do they look great, they perform to match.

    Bought the Pride and Trident Horizon 2 weeks ago, used in a Sport Shot league on the 2021 Wolf 34' pattern, and once on my THS league pattern StoneStreet.

    Expectations were the Horizon would be the step up ball from the Pride, which definitely held true on the THS pattern. Surprisingly, it was the Pride which was the step up on Wolf 34'.

    1st 2 games with the Horizon I had 176 and 166 games on the SS pattern, with a 6wk avg of 163. I consider that very good for that league/pattern based on the prior 6 weeks and having to learn the Horizon

    Last night, I used the Horizon in gm3 of my THS league. WOW and WOW again! it handled smoothly, gliding thru the front, gently reading the mid-lane to set up the turn, then making one beautiful turn to the pocket after another. It took 4 shots to get it perfectly lined up off the Pride's line, which turned out to be a 2/1 left move.

    Score: 286, a personal best! I botched throw 11 by sending to 2 boards left :(

    Overall, this is a consistent ball, smooth on both patterns, really good punch thru the pins, fantastic carry. Just needs a little more Pink on the side that faces me when it's rolling,

    Trident Horizon

    I'm a low rev, low speed bowler. Purchased this ball last weekend from Connor Pickford's pro shop and had it drilled pin up. I've always bowled down and in, but this ball has allowed me to play more of the lane. It's a monster on the back end!

    Horizon has the core and cover combo that allows you to play multiple lines of attack without giving up the hitting power and control.
    Along with a layout friendly core for any rev rate and tilt, The cover stock can be manipulated to the finest degree without compromising the hitting effect.
    A must Multipurpose solid ball to have in your bag

    Love this ball!

    I'll admit it took me a few games to find my right line with this ball, but when I did, the sound the pins made as they scattered into what seamed like a million pieces roared throughout the empty alley and I knew I had it. Then the next shot looked even better as the ball rolled down lane picking up momentum then aggressively yet poetically turning sideways and making a noise that one would think a truck just drove through the front of the building as it threw every pin into a tizzy. An absolute masterpiece of a ball. And it looks dang sexy!
