The Venom line is getting a power upgrade with the new Venom Recoil. This is the first asymmetric Venom ever released by MOTIV and it features the new Gear APG (Asymmetric Performance Gain) weight block.

Because the balance-hole rule has changed, MOTIV created the asymmetric Gear APG weight block to give ball drillers more layout versatility when no balance-hole is used.

The original Venom Shock provides incredible performance at a very affordable price and this new asymmetric Venom Recoil is no different. This ball offers massive value!

    Great Ball

    Couple weeks after I bought this ball I shot my third 300 on a Kegel pattern. It was my first ever 300 on a sport shot pattern. Great control down Lane very smooth and it makes the pins dance no matter what angle you hit. Light, heavy or mixing, all ten go down. I would definitely recommend this to anybody.

    About Me I feel my style is similar to Wes Mallot's. I am 6ft 5in tall bowler. Rev dominant (325 rpm), medium ball speed (15.5 mph off hand, 14.5 at break, and 13.5 at pins), Pap is 5 7/8's 1 inch up. I have one 300 back when it was harder to get them in AB

    No Weight Holes??? NO WORRIES! GET A VENOM RECOIL

    What I love about this ball is how it takes to hand adjustments and still carries very well. If you loved your rico drilled equipment or weight holes and feel you need a little more pop on the backend get a RECOIL! This ball literally has been with me at every tournament, league, or cash thunder since it was drilled for me with a lot of success! Bowled a PBA league this summer and our team was in first place for most of the league. I used this ball almost every week of that whole league.

    This ball has a surprisingly easy time getting down the lane for being an asymmetric solid. It's very controllable and round. If you like your Venom Shock, this one's just a bit stronger!

    I've had this ball for a little over a week and have already had the front 10 with it twice.
