Prepare to conquer the deep with the Trident Abyss.  Merging the Turbulent asymmetric core and a modified Coercion cover, this is the strongest ball ever made by MOTIV® and it is built to dominate in a flood of oil.  Beneath the surface of the Trident Abyss is the Turbulent weight block.  It provides a lower RG, high differential, and strong asymmetry. This combination creates maximum track flare to make the turn in deep oil.  The Coercion HV3 (High Volume 3rd Generation) reactive cover on the Trident Abyss has been modified to dig even harder in heavy oil.  The 2-tone gray solid shell is tuned with a 2000 Grit LSS finish to provide maximum traction. The Trident Abyss is an obvious fit for speed dominant and low rev bowlers looking for more hook.  Competitive bowlers will want to use it to cap off their MOTIV® arsenal with a very strong piece that provides control on heavy oil patterns.

    1st Motiv ball but def NOT my last

    When I first got my Abyss I rolled almost a 700 out of the box. I then struggled with it for a bit... My Avg with the carry this ball is up almost 20pins. 5 leagues a week for me. Low avg is 206 and high is 226. This ball goes looooooong so make sure that you don't think it won't turn because does it EVER!! Don't be like me and try to force it! Don't pull it either and for GOD'S SAKES!!! Just set the ball down and let it work!!! I will say of the 6 chances it's given me at a 300 in the last 2wks all fails were my fault due to setting down just a bit firm so it snapped in the backend, instead of rolling in. When it snaps hard in the backend I typically leave a single pin. I can set this ball extremely inside with a tiny bit of hand where it's almost straight to the headpin and it takes a tiny turn at the end for a beautiful strike or I can flare it almost to hang over the gutter and have it still roll all the way in for just as beautiful strike. This ball is an absolute must have for anyone who bowls. If I was asked to recommend only one ball in my lifetime.... Hands down this ball would be it. I know I'm not putting technical info down but that's because I don't have a clue about that stuff. I have a great ball driller who is why I have this ball. Btw I get compliments on how pretty my ball is all the time. Comparison my other balls are Hammer Statement Solid, Hammer Gold Widow, Radical Squatch, Storm Fever Pitch, Ebonite Verdict.

    Love this ball

    I got it for Christmas last year and within 2 months I shot my first ever sanctioned 700 series. It hits the pocket like a bomb and sends pins flying. I’m very happy with this ball
