Featuring a low RG and loads of differential, this asymmetric design is easy to rev and produces massive track flare. 

Combining the physics of the Predator V2 with the chemistry of the new Coercion HFS (High Friction Solid) cover stock, the Jackal Ghost elevates heavy oil performance. Coercion HFS is the most aggressive cover stock to date on a bowling ball in the Jackal product line. Turned with a 3000 Grit Lss Finish, bowlers will see both excellent mid-lane read and unbelievable continuation. WHEN TO USE: 

  • Speed Dominant - For a bowler with high ball speed or those with lower rev rates, the Jackal Ghost serves as an outstanding benchmark option due to the cleaner cover and controllable motion down lane.  The versatility of drilling offered by the Predator V2 also makes the Ghost a great benchmark piece for speed dominant bowlers. 
  • Balanced - Players who are balanced in their speed to rev rate ratio find the Ghost to be a must have for fresh oil and longer patterns.  The Jackal Ghost is ideal for balanced bowlers to use in a variety of lower friction environments. 
  • Rev Dominant - Over the past several years AJ Johnson and EJ Tackett have proven that the Jackal Ghost is a must have for the rev dominant player.  Due to the coverstock being moderately clean, a rev dominant player is able to use the Jackal Ghost without worrying about it “burning up” or getting too forward down lane like so many heavy oil asymmetrical balls. If that sounds nice to you, then you’ll definitely want to pick up a new Ghost bowling ball from Motiv Bowling before you go back to the lanes.

    The Jackal Ghost is a must have

    I've had this ball for a while and should have done a review sooner. This ball is extremely versatile. I can play straighter and pick up the speed or open up the lane if I need to. There is a reason why it's in the hands of so many PBA MOTIV staffers. It's the perfect balance of length and power. If you don't have one, get one.

    MUST HAVE BALL FOR ANY MOTIV FAN

    I have been bowling since the late 90's. I took about a 15 year break from league bowling. But I am back and all in since Sept. I have drilled 10 balls this year. I have never had an arsenal until now. This is my Crown Jewel!! Wow what a ball. Up until this year my high game was 279 and only had one 700 series in my life. I have rolled TWO 300 games with this ball with in two months. The first one was the end of May on a house shot. The last one was this past Monday on a 47 foot flat sport pattern, I went 17 X's in a row. Another first for me to string that many, and I have had 8 or ten 700's this year.
    I also in Feb had a 298 with a Ripcord Flight. Also now is my bench mark. They make the perfect 1-2 punch for me. When the lanes start to get carry down my Ghost will start to get a little over under action. The two are so awesome for me because when that starts around middle of game two or so. I go to my Flight and I stand two boards right of my last ball with the Ghost and 90% of the time I start striking again first ball with it.

    The Ghost low RG core lets even a low rev player like myself get it spun up and it always drives through the pins. If it hits flat it is because I did not follow thru or did something dumb.
    I never am getting rid of this ball. If I had to guess it has close to 200 games on it or more. I have sanded & soaked it in hot water about 4 times now when I notice a small decline in performance and it always pops back as good as new afterwards. I can't say enough about it. I have a team mate that has one too. Neither one of us would ever remove it from our bag. If I can roll a 300 with this ball you can too.

    Enough blabbing from me. If you need a strong medium to heavy oil ball look no further this is the one. Worth every red cent!!!!

    The header speaks for itself, this ball is a jack of all trades, it can do it all. Whether you need a lot of hook or just want a down and in ball this is the one you need, it's a staple in every Motiv fans bag!

    OK, as long as I have been throwing Motiv, this is the one ball that I should have gotten a long time ago! The Versatility of the Ghost is hands down the Best in the Market for the Heavy Oil Lineup!
    The Predator V2 Asymmetrical core and the Coercion HFS Reactive cover is the perfect combination! There is a reason why this ball has been in the market for the past 5 years and counting! And it better not go anywhere!
    I throw a 14lbs. Ball. With the RG @ 2.51, Diff @ .049, and MB Diff @ .014, Drilled at 60 X 5 1/4 X 35 and being a lefty, I can crank it at 25 board, out to 5 board and in, with 385revs at 17mph. Or I can flatten my wrist out and square up, and throw it 10 board up to 5 board and in, with 350revs at 17.5mph. On a Typical House Shot! I can't wait to throw this at a tournament!

    I Do Not Recommend this ball to a friend, I can say, don't do what I did, and wait this long to get this ball! It is Amazing, and should be in the bag of Every Bowler! So I can recommend this ball to EVERYONE!!!!
