Flex™ Protective Performance Tape is a simple 1-2-3 system with Fast, Medium, Slow release options. Each type provides a different level of surface friction and release control.

It is a protective tape that also comes in different thicknesses to allow it to double as a fitting tape: Fast = thin, Medium = medium, and Slow = thick.

Medium Release Flex™ Tape is made from synthetic material and utilizes a very strong adhesive with low residue.

Available in 1" width.

    Quality Product

    I have used all the flex tapes. Yes, black (thinner) is faster than the gray and the orange is the slowest (thickest) release.

    They last for me. I use an alcohol wipe ( like they use in Dr offices before administering a shot) first and let it dry. Then apply the tape. I have forgotten to take the tape off after league night and still had it on and in place 2 days later for practice. The edges will wear slightly but it will still be secured to my thumb.

    Not as great as I would like.

    Even on clean hands, sometimes doesn't stick past a few frames. Definitely had to replace this tape twice in a game previously, so I don't use this as much, It IS, however, really great at protecting your thumb and provides a great buffer between your skin and thumbhole. Maybe i just got a weird batch. I'd try it again though. Maybe my skin just doesn't like this version of this tape.

    Good stuff

    This tape is very comfortable! Easy to put on and no residue. Perfect balance on release.

    Great Product

    I have used other brands of the similar product. The MOTIV brand seems to work the best with longevity during a league night. Cannot wait for the lanes to open back up.
