Even though it says for medium to heavy oil. I believe it does better on heavy oils. When there is a lot of oil on the lane this ball is the one I go for. I know I can trust it to do it job and have a smooth ride to the pocket.

As a relatively newer league bowler, I can’t say enough about the Trident Quest. During practice, it’s my Venom Shock and the Quest and I decide from there. If one isn’t working for me, it’s likely the other will. When I picked this ball up, I heard mixed reactions but have had nothing but positives with this ball.

When I first started bowling this was my first ball I bought. It took me a while to start hooking the ball, but when I did, this ball was the best ball I ever threw. It was powerful and got down the lane but held that energy in the backend to get to the pocket. Too bad I was throwing 14lbs at the time and I'm currently throwing 15lbs. I'm giving this ball away to a new girls bowling team who's just starting out. I hope they enjoy the ball as much as I did. I hope you guys release it again eventually.

Love playing outside with this ball. Skids through the oil with a violent snap at the end. Miss your mark a bit outside and this ball recovers nicely. Great for covering up your mistakes. ;-)

I really like this ball because it helped me find my revs when I started bowling. When it's heavy oil you can play straight, and it will find it's pocket. Same with medium and short oil, it will skid down lane and smooth backend.
